1. Who we are

Kanso Labs LLC is an independent software studio registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. We build AI agents, SaaS launch kits, and product videos, and we offer subscription products. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@kansohq.com.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us — your name, email, company, and the details you share when you contact us, request a quote, or start a project.
• Account & billing information — if you buy a subscription product, the account details and billing information needed to provide it. Card details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
• Information collected automatically — basic, aggregated usage data such as pages visited and approximate region, used to understand and improve the site. We do not build advertising profiles.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your enquiries and deliver the work or products you’ve asked for.
• To process payments, invoices, and subscriptions.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and products.
• To send you service-related messages (for example, about a project or a subscription you hold).
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (web) and the Apple App Store (iOS). Settled funds are held in our business bank account with Mercury in the United States. These providers process your payment information under their own privacy terms; we receive only the confirmation and limited billing data we need to fulfil and account for your order. We never see or store full card numbers.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate — for example payment processing (Stripe, Apple), banking (Mercury), website hosting, and email — and only to the extent they need it.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers — if Kanso Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — to serve you, to keep accurate financial records, and to meet legal obligations — after which we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to those who need it.

8. International transfers

We operate from the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@kansohq.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

10. Cookies & analytics

We use only the cookies and lightweight analytics needed to run the site and understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

11. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
